The Truth About Healing
Hi loves,
Let's talk about healing... What a beautiful, yet for the most very difficult thing to do.
Healing is a process for sure. You can't heal without first identifying what is hurting you.
Too many times people "sweep things under the carpet" sort to speak.
Sometimes people immediately shut off their feelings in situations, moments when maybe the best thing was to just... Feel.
You see I think there is more than one step to healing. It's not just saying "BAM I'm healed!"
Or I mean I'm sure some can go so long doing this, but I don't think they're truly happy.
How can you be happy when you have not been able to look at some past mistake, heartbreak, guilt, blame, memory, eye to eye and face it with confidence, without putting yourself or others down?
You simply cannot.
The way I see these steps are:
1. Event / Memory / Occurrence
That moment in your past that you held some type of negative emotion towards. And by negative I mean, not allowing yourself to live to your fullest potential. A weight on your shoulders. Stressors.
2. Remedy / What You Did or How You Acted During This Time
How did you deal with it? How did you react? Good or bad, we are human.
Did you yell and blame? Did you stay quiet and allow the shame to build up? Did you use and/or abuse substances? Did you gossip?
What did you do at the moment?
3. Feel It / Understand It / Accept It
Identify, what is it that you really feel? What specific emotions come for you when you think about this picture of a memory /moment?
Anger, sadness, grief, blame, anxiety...etc
4. Forgive
Forgive yourself. Forgive the other person (for you).
Love yourself so intensely that you fully realize you don't want these low vibration energies holding you down anymore.
5. Release / Let Go of What No Longer Serves You
Love yourself. See your worth. Decide your happiness is the most important. You are Worthy.
Then, Let it go. Decide this memory or thought or past feeling, will no longer have control over you.
Picture a big white or gold light raining down on you, cleansing you and washing away anything no longer serving your highest potential and the greater good.
6. Self-Love / Self-Care
Bathe yourself in love. Affirm yourself and Declare your power. Choose you. Do nice things for yourself that make you feel good physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually.
7. Gratitude
Be thankful for those moments, they were part of your growth.
Be grateful for the experience you now have and what super power you have gained because of those moments.
Strength, Self-love, Awakening...etc
It was EXACTLY what you needed at that moment to be able to go to the next level in your life.
8. Decide Who You Want to Be and What New High Energy You Will Allow Around You
Identify the feeling you want to feel on a daily basis from here on out.
What kind of person do you want to be? Who do you want to be known for?
What big purpose do you have, what voice do you have now that can relate to others who have been there before.
What advice can you give to help the person who has not yet found a way to deal.
What is a MUST for you? Happiness, Fulfillment, Love, Laughter, Spiritual Awakening, Freedom.

Everything you need is within you. Nothing was ever outside of you.
You are here for a reason, and those wild dream desires you have were given to you for a reason. Don't sell yourself short, don't play small, you are meant to do big things.
